This policy clarifies what Suplymate does and does not offer regarding payments, refunds, and transaction protection.
No payment processing
Suplymate does not currently process payments between buyers and suppliers. Payment terms are arranged directly between parties.
No escrow or payment protection
We do not offer escrow, payment protection, or buyer/seller guarantees for transactions arranged off-platform.
Subscription refunds
Where paid subscriptions are offered, refund eligibility is described at checkout and in your account billing settings.
Buyer due diligence
Buyers are responsible for verifying suppliers, pricing, and terms before committing to purchases.
