This policy governs how reviews are submitted, moderated, and displayed on Suplymate.
Eligibility
Reviews are only allowed after a qualifying on-platform interaction such as an RFQ, quote, or conversation with the supplier.
Moderation
All reviews are moderated and may be pending, published, rejected, or removed. We do not allow incentivized or fake reviews.
Reporting reviews
If you believe a review violates this policy, contact us at info@suplymate.com with details and a link to the review.
Removal
We may remove reviews that contain false information, harassment, spam, or content that violates our Terms of Service.
